Rye Commuter Permit Renewals Begin Sept. 1
The fee for permit renewal is $760.00. The fee for waitlist renewal is $50.00.

Rye Commuter Permit and Waitlist Renewals for 2016 begin Sept. 1, city officials announced Monday.
All permit holders and those on the current waitlist can renew on the city’s website (www.ryeny.gov).

- Beginning September 1, 2015, Resident Railroad and Highland/Cedar commuter parking permit holders can renew for 2016
- Beginning October 1, 2015 Non-Resident commuter permit holders can renew for 2016.
- Beginning September 1, 2015 everyone on the current waitlist can renew for 2016.
- REMINDER Highland/Cedar permit holders, who were on the waitlist prior to its being closed, will automatically be renewed for the waitlist when they renew their permit.
- The deadline for all renewals is November 2, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
The fee for permit renewal is $760.00. The fee for waitlist renewal is $50.00. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are the only forms of payment accepted.
- There will be no access to the renewal program prior to September 1, 2015.
- Go to the City website and look for 2016 Commuter Permit and Waitlist Renewal under the City News section. The program cannot be accessed from this email.
- Please read the Renewal Instructions prior to beginning the renewal process.
- Renewals will not be accepted by mail.
