Rye Man Arrested For Intent To Sell Cocaine

The defendant was taken into custody after a traffic stop.

RYE, NY — Rye Police arrested a 28-year-old Rye resident on charges of planning to sell cocaine. Police said Anthony Forgione was taken into custody after a May 26 traffic stop.

He allegedly had six glassine bags was what was thought to be cocaine, the Journal News said.

Among his charges is felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
