Rye Office Building Could Soon Be Site of Senior Housing
The now-vacant building would be completely replaced by the housing if the proposal comes to fruition.
RYE, NY — Vacant office space in Rye is slated to become a 122-unit home for seniors.
Construction could begin on the 245,000-square-foot facility at 120 Old Post Rd. after they city’s Planning Commission site plan review is completed, an article at the Journal News said.
