Rye Settles Lawsuit Over Golf Course Fraud
The former golf club manager was sentenced to one to three years in prison.

RYE, NY - The City of Rye has settled a lawsuit against its insurance company for $1.55 million.
Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America will pay the money to the city, according to an article at lohud.com.
Rye sued the company in June for $1.9 million because the insurance company did not pay back money stolen in a fraud scheme by Scott Yandrasevich, the former Rye Golf Club Manager.

Yandrasevich was sentenced in August to one to three years in prison for stealing more than $270,000 from the golf course.
