How did you come up with the name?
After selling a few Rye ZIP Code signs, we were trying to come up with our new business name. We thought it was a great name to describe the custom wood signs that we create for our clients. Hometown love is what our signs are all about!

Why start a business in this town?
We both live in Rye, our children go to school here, and we are involved in the community of Rye.

What business are you in?
Custom designed and hand-painted wood signs.

What's the most difficult challenge you've faced as a business owner?
We began this business in January 2018, so we are still new and learning. We love the creative side of it, but are figuring out the business side as we go.

What's been your proudest achievement since opening?
Our proudest achievement has been hearing back from our clients that the signs they have ordered and given as gifts have been loved by the recipient.

How does your business give back to the community?
We have given back to the community of Rye by donating signs to various fundraisers including the Rye YMCA's Rye Derby, the Rye High School House Tour, the Rye Historical Society Annual Gala, the Rye Nature Center's Oktoberfest, the Osborn School Scare Fair and many more.
