French cuisine restaurant Encore Bistro in Rye was recently reviewed in The New York Times, which said that diners who choose carefully can have a “delightful meal” at the eatery.
Among the hit dishes for reviewer M. H. Reed were the fettuccine, with sweet basil and white wine sauce, which was called “winning” and “luscious,” and the riblets from a rack of lamb, with fresh spinach and couscous.
“By choosing carefully, diners can have a delightful meal here, and there are bargains to be had,” writes Reed.
