Seafood Cooking Demonstration Is Scheduled by La Panetière For This Thursday, March 20, At Lunchtime
The next demonstration of French cooking at Jacques Loupiac's La Panetière in Rye will take place on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. The demonstration is part of an ongoing monthly series.
Attendees will be taken, step by step, through the steps needed to prepare slow roasted cod with spring pea pesto, asparagus, and parmesan sauce.
The demonstration will be followed by a three-course luncheon having the demonstrated dish as the main course. The cost of this event is $40 per person plus beverages, tax and gratuities. The regular luncheon menu will be available to customers who are not participants in the demonstration.
