Seaside Johnnies at Odds with Rye Town Park Commission
The restaurant has not responded to the commission's latest offer.
RYE, NY — The owners of the popular Seaside Johnnies may walk away from continuing to operate the seasonal restaurant because of failing negotiations with the Rye Town Park Commission.
John Ambrose, the co-owner of Seaside Johnnies, hasn’t responded to a one-year license extension with an option to renew for an additional year that was offered by the commission, calling it “deeply concerning,” according to the Journal News.
