Soulful Sounds and Righteous R n' B At Rye Town Park July 21

Band leader Billy Frenz has developed one of the best R&B bands in the northeast. It features great soul singers and tight horn and rhythm sections.

The free concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at the south pavilion, near Dearborn Ave. in the City of Rye.  

Picnicking begins at 6 p.m. Parking is $4 for permit holders and $5 for non-permit holders after 4 p.m. All concerts will be held rain or shine except in case of thunderstorms. For more information phone 914 967-0965.
