Update: Victims ID'd in Rye Brook Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Two people in Rye Brook are dead in an apparent carbon monoxide poisoning incident.

Update 3:10 p.m.:

A family member identified the two victims as Carl Persson, 85, the homeowner, and his step-grandson, Joseph Pendrak, 50, according to The Journal News.

Two people in Rye Brook are dead in an apparent carbon monoxide poisoning incident, according to Kempter’s Fire Wire.

“The CO poisoning was not confirmed, but that was what the FD was dispatched as,” our source told Patch.

Rye Brook and Port Chester Fire District services are on the scene working the emergency. Police and fire are on scene. There were two people who were listed as DOA (Dead on Arrival).
