Village of Rye Brook to Hold Public Hearing on Phase 3 of Reckson Executive Park

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Rye Brook will hold a public hearing on Dec. 15, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 938 King Street, Rye Brook, New York to consider the requested 5 year extension of the Wetland Permit Approval for Phase 3 of the Reckson Executive Park.

The applicant, Sun Homes submitted a request to the Village of Rye Brook Board of Trustees for the extension on the property located at 1100 King Street, Rye Brook, New York. The Tax Assessment Map of the Village of Rye Brook lists the property as Section 1, Block 3, Lots 2, 3 and 4.
