When announcing the new appointments, Ralph Martinelli said “We have brought in two highly experienced home/shelter/lifestyle editors to serve as Westchester Home‘s new editorial team. Together, Jenn and Nancy bring national-level home editorial and branding expertise to our table. Jenn, Nancy, and I share the same editorial philosophy on the new and exciting directions to take Westchester Home. Our editorial team and I are eager to begin working with them to revamp the publication and grow the brand as the magazine enters its second decade.”

Andrlik was a former senior editor at Martha Stewart Weddings and then at Martha Stewart Living specializing in home, holidays, and crafts, the former editor of HouseBeautiful.com, and has held contributing and freelance editorial positions with Better Homes & Gardens, Country Living, and ElleDecor.com, among others—as well as providing editorial consulting to a wide range of home-related clients.

“We want to be a resource for all things home, including accessories, designs, gardening, and entertaining and spotlight the talented people who live and work in Westchester County. A home is not just somewhere you live, it’s where you raise your family, entertain, and make memories and we want to give our readers ideas and tips for how to do that beautifully,” said Andrlik.

Soriano is the former Editor-in-Chief of Country Living. During her decade-long tenure, she built the magazine into a multi-platform brand, including its book program, digital, events (she conceived and launched the magazine’s Country Living Fair, and its Women Entrepreneurs event), broadcast, licensed products, and SIP/ancillary divisions. She is currently the editorial director for the e-commerce site Rue La La, and has served as a brand and media strategist for a wide range of editorial and digital clients.

Soriano said, “I am excited to join the staff of Westchester Home and contribute to the magazine, offering dynamic content that reflects what is happening in home design and style today.”

Westchester Home, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in July 2014, is the county’s premier shelter lifestyle publication. Four times a year the magazine showcases the newest trends in home design, accessories, entertaining, and landscape design to guide Westchester County homeowners in creating luxurious living spaces.
