3 Air Conditioners Stolen From Selden Home Depot; $5K Reward

SELDEN, NY — A thief stole three air conditioners from a Home Depot store in Selden and police are asking for the public's help in finding him. The units were stolen on around 2:15 p.m. on the Fourth of July, Suffolk police said.

The merchandise was valued at nearly $1,000 total.

The store is located near Middle Country Road and Boyle Road.

The Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to his arrest. Anyone with information about the thefts can call the group at 1-800-220-TIPS.
