3 Hurt After Minibus Collides With Car in Holtsville
Accident occurred Tuesday morning.

A minibus T-boned a car in Holtsville Tuesday morning, sending three people to the hospital, police said.
According to police, a Chevrolet Cavalier was traveling south on Blue Point Road in Holtsville when it was hit by the bus that was heading east on the LIE service road at 9:27 a.m., police said.

The car went onto the lawn of a home and struck a fence, while the bus continued eastbound and struck a curb at the same residence and tipped over, police said.
Three adult women–two inside the bus and one inside the car–were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries, police said. There were no children on the bus at the time of the crash.
