It is becoming a regional destination, attracting more than 623,000 non-residential visitors in 2025, Tritec says.

The development is a 53‑acre, master‑planned development centered on the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road station and is being built in multiple phases, according to Tritec.

Ben & Jerry's reflects Tritec's "ongoing commitment to curating a vibrant mix of tenants at Station Yards."

"We're proud to support their success and help them create a great destination in the center of Long Island," the company stated in a news release.
