Bloom, Business Combining Floral Design With Spa Services, Slated To Open At Station Yards In Ronkonkoma
It will combine a full‑service florist with hair, spa, and aesthetic services, creating an all‑in‑one lifestyle experience, developer says.
RONKONKOMA, NY — Bloom, a florist‑led lifestyle concept offering floral design alongside spa and salon services, will open soon at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma, the mixed-use transit‑oriented community's developers, TRITEC, said Monday.
The business joins a curated lineup of food, beverage, service, and lifestyle tenants at The Core, which functions as the downtown heart of Station Yards, according to Tritec.
Station Yards is becoming a regional destination, attracting more than 623,000 non-residential visitors in 2025, Tritec says.

The development is a 53‑acre, master‑planned development centered on the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road station and is being built in multiple phases, according to Tritec.
The Core represents its walkable downtown environment, designed to foster daily activity, civic engagement, and economic growth, Tritec says.

Bloom will be located at 3 Hawkins Ave., Suite 1103, within The Core at Station Yards.
It is designed as a modern, multi‑service destination that blends traditional floristry with personal care and wellness offerings, according to Tritec.
The business will combine a full‑service florist with hair, spa, and aesthetic services, creating an all‑in‑one lifestyle experience, serving both Station Yards residents and the surrounding community, Tritec said.
Bloom was envisioned as a space that brings together beauty, creativity, and self‑care under one roof, according to its owner, Kerry Maher Weisse.
The concept is inspired by the needs and interests of modern consumers, and the business is expected to employ around 12 professionals across the floral, hairstyling, and aesthetics fields and anticipates strong demand for wedding‑related and event services, Tritec said.
Weisse selected Station Yards specifically for its mixed‑use environment and strong sense of community, noting the importance of being part of a neighborhood that brings together residents, workers, and visitors in one connected setting.
Ahead of its opening, Bloom has begun engaging with the community, including setting up a Valentine's Day floral activation and staging flowers in the model at The Core’s new apartments.
Meaghan Coughlan Treat, development manager at Tritec, said Bloom is "exactly the type of tenant we look to attract to Station Yards."
"It’s experiential, community‑focused, and complements both the residential population and the programming that takes place throughout The Core," she added.
The lease was brokered by Ricky Cardona and Allen Boulos of Evernest Realty Inc. Tritec was represented by Maria Valanzano and Steven D’Orazio of Colliers.
