Ms Diaz is a dancer of great beauty and grace. She has been dancing all her life. &nbsp;She developed a love of teaching and has 10 years of experience. &nbsp;Ms Diaz's classroom is &nbsp;a positive environment where students can grow. &nbsp;She hopes to share all the benefits of dance with each and every student .
Ballet Level Level 1 - This class is for students over 18 years old with little or no dance training or for those students who are returning to ballet after any number of years. It is a complete introduction to ballet technique. It is also good for body toning and getting in shape. Tuition Free Boys Hip Hip Class
Hip Hop as a dance form emerged from New York City in the 1970s and is often associated with rap music. It started as break dancing and what emerged was many other street dance forms that are seen in music videos. New style hip-hop is choreographed hip-hop social dancing. From a technical aspect, it is characterized as hard-hitting involving flexibility and isolations—moving a specific body part independently from others. The feet are grounded, the chest is down, and the body is kept loose so that dancers can easily alternate between hitting the beat or moving through the beat. Hip Hop&nbsp; classes are fun. We have both beginning and intermediate hip hop dance classes available. Note that all music and costumes (should the student be involved in a performance) are age appropriate.

This class focuses on strength, flexibility, acro technique and tumbling skills. &nbsp;including bridges, back bends, rolls, hand stands, cartwheels, working towards roundoffs, back tucks , walk overs and aerials.
Flexibility and Strength: Deep stretching and core conditioning help students safely bend, kick, and leap. Tumbling and Tricks: Beginners start with forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, while advanced students learn walkovers, handsprings, and aerials. Balance and Control: Students practice holding stable balances and smooth transitions. Dance Integration: Tricks are blended into fluid, choreographed dance routines set to music.
