Celebrate Cinco De Mayo in Sachem

It's that time of year ago. When the flavor of Mexico can be celebrated in the United States. Don't be fooled, it's not really Mexico's Independence Day, which is September 16. Instead it's described as a "voluntary" holiday observed more in the United States than it is in Mexico to honor Mexican heritage and pride.
