Farmingville Teen, 17, Found Unharmed: Suffolk Police
The girl, who had last been seen Saturday morning, was found unharmed, Suffolk police said Monday.
UPDATED Monday 5:15 p.m.: FARMINGVILLE, NY — Veronica Contreras, 17, of Farmingville, was found unharmed, Suffolk police said Monday afternoon. She had been reported missing early Saturday.
Original story: FARMINGVILLE, NY — Veronica Contreras, 17, of Farmingville, was reported missing from her Overlook Drive home early Saturday, the Suffolk County Police Department said. A silver alert was issued, as Contreras is developmentally disabled, police said. She went missing between 2 and 4 a.m.
Contreras is around 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs approximately 175 pounds and has brown eyes, according to police.

Anyone with information on Contreras’ location is asked to call 911 or the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
