We will be offering a FREE introductory CrossFit class to the community this weekend! CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that by design is broad, general and inclusive. It is adaptable to anyone big or small, short or tall, young or old. CrossFit employs a constantly varied approach to training, using only functional movements that mimic everyday life. So be prepared to run, jump, push, pull and lift like never before!
