Free Fitness Clinic

Free Fitness Clinic on  Saturday March 1st at 8:30am in Sayville.  Registration required:
The
free clinic will be one hour long and will include instruction on how
to start a fitness walking, or beginner running program or Interval Running. Information
will include injury prevention, the importance of proper apparel &
sneakers, hydration, goal setting techniques, stretching and instruction
on warm up and cool down.  The class will take place in Sayville.  March 1st (Sat) clinic will include a 30-minute workout.  Appropriate workout apparel is required. Because space is limited, registration is required for this clinic.

What: FREE FITNESS CLINIC- Fitness Walking/Beginner Running 
When:  Sat. morning March 1(lecture plus workout)

Saturday morning - at The Plex - 246 Main Street, Sayville (this class includes outdoor workout)
