HOLBROOK, NY - Police are investigating an attempted armed robbery at a 7-Eleven in Holbrook.The incident occurred around 1:43 a.m. last Friday, Dec. 4, at the store located at 796 Broadway Avenue, police told Patch Monday. Police say a man entered the store, displayed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded money. He fled without any proceeds. No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.
