Plow Stolen From Lake Ronkonkoma Funeral Home

Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the person who stole a plow from a funeral home in Lake Ronkonkoma last week.

On March 2, the driver of a dark-colored truck entered the parking lot behind Maloney’s Lake Funeral Home, located at 132 Ronkonkoma Ave., and stole an 8-foot Western plow worth approximately $5,000, police said.

Detectives believe the thief’s vehicle may be a newer Chevrolet Silverado or similar vehicle.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
