A 36-year-old woman was found dead at her Farmingville home Sunday afternoon and police say she was a "victim of violence." A 911 call came in at 3:18 p.m. reporting that Monica Lino had been found inside a home on Berkshire Drive, police said. An autopsy will be conducted by the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.The investigation is continuing and police are asking anyone with information on the incident to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
