- 5th annual Farmingville Flicks Movie Series will kick off Aug. 4. The ocean-themed movie series will be held every Thursday at the Local Church in Farmingville. Click the link to see which movies will be playing! (Sachem Patch)
- Loving Care Foot Spa in Ronkonkoma raided by police after community complaints. "Chunjuan Zhang, 52, of Flushing was charged with two counts of unauthorized practice of a profession and two counts of third-degree sex abuse, both misdemeanors, according to police. She was released with an appearance ticket returnable to First District Court in Central Islip at a later date." (Sachem Patch)
