- Queens man arrested for raping teen in Hauppauge. The 30-year-old man met the 13-year-old girl on Snapchat and then planned to meet. They met on May 13 at the Smith Haven Mall where the man tried to have the girl and a friend get into his car, but they refused. He later met up with the teen at a playground in Hauppauge, where he raped her. Andrew Ramsaroop was arrested on Friday and charged with second-degree rape, second-degree criminal sexual act, and endangering the welfare of a child. (Patch)
