  1. Farmingville man charged with drug, gun possession: Suffolk PD. Alex Orama of Farmingville was caught Thursday afternoon with crack cocaine that he intended to sell and a loaded gun inside a 2011 Lincoln at a Nesconset location, Suffolk police said. Orama, 36, was arrested on Terryville Road just before 2 p.m., and he was charged with second-and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, as well as third, fifth, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said. Orama has a previous conviction for weapon possession, according to police. (Sachem Patch)
  2. Sachem weekly weather forecast. As Winter storm Izzy moves out of the area this morning, check out the weather forecast for the week ahead.
