- ICYMI: Aegean Pizza is merging with Carlo's Pizza Oven in Holbrook. Aegean closed back in July, with a heartfelt Facebook post to mark their appreciation for the community. A new Facebook post told followers that Aegean co-owner Harry Rossis will partner up with Carlo's co-owner, Billy Lee Jr., to serve Aegean's pizza, gyros, and other popular items.
