Sachem North Senior Wins Best Delegate at UN Conference

Sachem North’s Model UN team took home a major victory at last weekend’s UN Conference held at Port Washington High School.

Senior Peter Amato was awarded Best Delegate in the Security Council, according to The Sachem Report.

Amato was given the challenging assignment of representing the country of Mali as its delegate.

The Security Council features some of the strongest students from multiple schools and Amato rose above stiff competition for the honor.
