Suspect Sought For Using Stolen Credit Card In Centereach: PD
The card was stolen rom 7-Eleven in Coram and was used to buy a PlayStation 5 remote control and a Nintendo Switch, police said.

CENTEREACH, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man they say used a stolen credit card to buy a PlayStation 5 remote control at GameStop in Centereach back in August.
Police said a man reported his credit card was stolen while at 7-Eleven on Route 112 in Coram at about 5 p.m. on Aug. 25, and “the card was used at multiple locations, including later that day at about 8:50 p.m. at GameStop on Middle Country Road in Centereach.

The man used the card to purchase not only a PlayStation 5 remote control, but a Nintendo Switch. Both items are worth about $390, police said.

Suffolk Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, or by using a mobile app, which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips.
Tips can also be submitted online at www.P3Tips.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential, police said.
