State Police say speed likely contributed, and the spilled gravel load required an extended cleanup before the ramps were reopened to traffic. 
• Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: July 13, 2026 (dailyfreeman.com) — A Saugerties resident was among those charged in a recent Mid-Hudson arrest roundup, facing multiple controlled-substance possession counts after a state police stop near Kingston. The report also lists separate drug, reckless driving, and DWI cases from Kingston, Gardiner, and Plattekill, with all defendants presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
