Bayport-Blue Point HS Recognizes Talented Student-Musicians

From Bayport Blue Point Schools: The Bayport-Blue Point School District congratulates three talented Bayport- Blue Point High School student-musicians for being selected to participate in the Suffolk County Music Educators’ Association’s All-County Jazz Ensembles. Students Alisa Barsch and Connor Teague were selected to participate in the SCMEA All-County Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and Andrew Shiebler was selected to perform in the SCMEA All-County Instrumental Jazz Ensemble. All three were selected based on a showcase of their immense talents during a solo audition as well as improvisation.

“We are most proud to have Alisa, Andrew and Connor represent Bayport- Blue Point High School at such a prestigious festival,” said Bayport-Blue Point Arts and Music Chairperson Paul Weber.
