Bayport-Blue Point Students Receive Suffolk Zone Awards

Bayport-Blue Point High School seniors Brendan Bateman and Nicole Copping received the 2014 Suffolk Zone annual award from the New York Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.

This award recognizes students who have demonstrated excellence both in the classroom and on the athletic field. Nominees are selected by their high school physical education teachers based upon physical education achievement, scholarship in the classroom, outstanding character, leadership and, of course, being a role model in class.
