BAYPORT HERITAGE 13th ANNUAL BOAT CRUISE

Bayport Heritage Announces the 13th Annual Educational Bay Cruise

The Bay Cruise will take place Tuesday July 19, 2016. $25.00 per person. Boarding of the boat will take place at 5:30 PM at the Sayville Ferry terminal on Brown’s River. Departure will be at 6:00 PM sharp, don’t be late, you’ll miss the boat.

This year’s cruise will follow shore line East along the coast of Bayport, Blue Point and Patchogue, then West to Sayville, West Sayville and Oakdale up the Connetquott River. The ferry will return us to Sayville around 9:30 PM. You may bring a light snack and soft drink for the cruise. There is a proposed stop at the Snapper Inn for a cocktail and bathroom break for 1 hour. this has not been confirmed at this time. There is no dinner this year.

Free reserved parking will be available at the Sayville Ferry Terminal, but it is limited, car pooling is highly recommended.

Unfortunately this cruise is not suitable for children. So bring your binoculars and a sweater and join us on this educational excursion. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed on the boat.

Remember the ferry departs at 6:00 PM Sharp. It is important that you arrive early enough to park your car and board before 6:00. If you arrive after 5:45 PM, by the time you park your car,
