East Coast Premier of the New Flora Springs Vintage at VIEW
VIEW Restaurant will host the east coast premier of the new Flora Springs Trilogy 2013 Vintage with a wine pairing dinner.
The wine pairing dinner will be on
Friday, March 4th beginning at 7 p.m. The evening will begin with an hors d’oeuvres reception, followed by a five-course tasting menu, each course will be paired with a Flora Springs Winery and Vineyard wine. Cost is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are appreciated and can be made by calling the restaurant at (631) 589-2694. The menu is as follows:
