APC Is Kicking Off The Weekend With A Dodgeball Party Friday Evening At 5pm, Followed By A TRX Demonstration & Karate Demonstration On Saturday Morning. Several Special Guests Will Be On Hand, Including World Reknowned Track And Field Stars, Pro Bodybuilders And More. Sunday 9- Noon We Will Feature A Speed & Agility Demo On Our Indoor Turf. Throughout The Weekend, Our Zumba, Karate, Yoga And TRX Instructors Will Be Available To Answer Questions And Offer Special Package Pricing. Tours Will Be Given Throughout The Weekend. All Ages Are Welcome!
