Walk Your Way To Running a 5k

Walk Your Way To Running a 5k is a 12 or 8 week program that teaches particpants how to run their first charity 5k through walking and running intervals. Β The class meets with a walk/run coach, Kiersten Bartolotta each week and learns about running technique, form, hydration, proper warm up, cool down and stretching. Β Discounts at Sayville Running Store also included. Β Program is completed with the class running a 5k charity event together! Β
