SAYVILLE, NY — Four years after closing, the former <a href="https://sayville.greaterlongisland.com/2020/02/14/zwanger-pesiri-moving-into-ruby-tuesdays-old-home-in-sayville/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Ruby Tuesday in Sayville</a> will soon be taken over by a new business, according to a report in GreaterSayville. The building at 5650 Sunrise Hwy. is under construction and will become a Zwanger-Pesiri facility, the website reported. Since closing the Sayville location in 2016, Ruby Tuesday has only two restaurants remaining on Long Island — one in Nassau County in Westbury and another in Suffolk County in Medford. An opening date for the new Zwanger-Pesiri facility has not yet been announced.

Harmony Café is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing people together through wellness, nutrition education, and community programs.
Our Healthy Cooking Classes are open to anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition, healthy eating, and simple ways to add more plant-based foods into everyday meals. These free classes are made possible through a Whole Foods Foundation grant and are designed to be welcoming, educational, and hands-on.
Classes will be led by Sara Siskind and Heather Beahan, who both have strong backgrounds in nutrition and healthy cooking. Participants will learn practical cooking skills, nutrition tips, and affordable recipes they can make at home.
Each participant will prepare their own dish during class, allowing for a hands-on learning experience. Each class will also include cooking instruction, nutrition education, and a shared tasting experience.
