SAYVILLE, NY — Four years after closing, the former Ruby Tuesday in Sayville will soon be taken over by a new business, according to a report in GreaterSayville. The building at 5650 Sunrise Hwy. is under construction and will become a Zwanger-Pesiri facility, the website reported.

Since closing the Sayville location in 2016, Ruby Tuesday has only two restaurants remaining on Long Island — one in Nassau County in Westbury and another in Suffolk County in Medford.

An opening date for the new Zwanger-Pesiri facility has not yet been announced.
