The Great American Folk Song Revival at the Bayport-Blue Point Public Library

Join us on Sunday, October 5 at 2:00pm for The Great American Folk Song Revival, a performance by Caroline Doctorow.

For her performance, Ms. Doctorow will concentrate on the folk music of the early ‘60s, presenting the work of performers such as Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Tom Paxton, Donovan, Richard and Mimi Fariña, Pete Seeger, Dave Von Ronk, and others. She will also present some of her original compositions and discuss the songwriting process, and what it was like growing up with her famous father world renown author E.L. Doctorow.
