The library will hold a special presentation on Tuesday. May 24 from 7:00-8:30pm. Lee McAllister, naturalist, author and photographer will discuss the many places and opportunities for hiking here. He will highlight the geology, natural and human history, flora, fauna and topographical features that make Long Island such a diverse and interesting place to hike in any season.
