Long Island Weekend Weather: Wet, Wet, Wet

The first weekend of spring is going to be a wet one.

There's plenty of wet weather in the Long Island weekend forecast, but on the bright side: It won't be snow.

Temperatures will remain unseasonably cold through Thursday, with a high near 39 degrees and wind chill temperatures between 25-30 degrees, the National Weather Service says.

Friday will be a few degrees warmer, but it will be the start of a 6-day stretch with potential rain in the forecast.
