The restaurant was located at 60 W. Main St. in downtown Sayville. Metros on Main was previously Sayville Pizza before undergoing a rebranding about three years ago.
The restaurant described itself as an Italian kitchen and “pie bar,” offering pizza, pasta, Italian entrees and cocktails, along with live entertainment and karaoke. Its website promoted catering, private parties and reservations.
The owners did not give a reason for the closure in their social media announcement.
