Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in Sayville on Tuesday morning.
According to police, a man entered Royal Beauty Supply at 5640 Sunrise Highway, displayed a gun and demanded cash at about 10:15 a.m.
The cashier handed over cash and the robber fled on foot, police said.
