Psychotherapist, Sondra Mitchell, shares her own personally developed method for retaining hope, discovering strength and finding one's voice through times of emotional distress. She will share her approach to gaining self-empowerment and how to emerge from trauma a happier person. The library is located at 760 Ocean Avenue, Bohemia.
