Police Seeking Diaper Thief

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who stole diapers from two CVS stores last month.

According to police, the man stole diapers from the CVS located at 470 West Main St. in Patchogue on April 16 and at the CV located at 970 Montauk Highway in Bayport on April 17.

The man was described as white, approximately 30-years-old and was wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt. During the second theft, he was seen leaving the parking lot in a black SUV.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
