Police Seeking Man Who Stole Pool Vacuum

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who stole items from a store in Sayville last month.

According to police, the man pictured above stole a Polaris P39 pool vacuum on July 2 from Leslie Pools located at 5670 Sunrise Highway. The thief was described as white, approximately 6-foot tall with short hair. He fled in a white sedan that has front end damage.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
