Sayville, Bayport-Blue Point School Budget Vote Results Are In

Proposed school budgets for the 2018/19 year in the Sayville and Bayport-Blue Point school districts were passed easily by voters Tuesday.

In Bayport-Blue Point, a $71.8 million budget was approved by a margin of 895-264. William Holl and Matthew Seery were elected to seats on the school board.

In Sayville, a $93.6 million budget was approved by a margin of 1,090-264. Carl Cangelosi (1,067), Keith Kolar (1,079) and John Verdone (1,085) all ran unopposed for seats on the school board.
