Sayville VFW Post Receives Donation from John C. Dunphy Foundation

Town supervisor takes part in ceremony.

Islip Town Supervisor Tom Croci was recently part of a ceremony at the Sayville VFW Post #433 that honored veterans from each of the United States’ armed conflicts since World War Two. To thank the Sayville VFW members for their service to their country and the community, the John C. Dunphy Foundation graciously donated $10,000 to the VFW Post.

“Our local VFW and American Legion Posts do so much great work in our communities, for veterans and for non-veterans, and they deserve our support,” said Croci, who is a member of VFW Post #433. “We heartily thank the John C. Dunphy Foundation for consistently supporting our community’s veterans.”
