Tyler Griffith of Scarsdale, NY recently completed the Junior Racing Summer Camp at Grand Prix New York/Spins Bowl located in Mount Kisco, NY.
The Junior Racing Summer Camp program teaches junior drivers the basics of driving and racing. During the week long racing program, campers work their way through a course curriculum which includes learning how to identify and follow racing lines, kart control, passing, and defending. Campers enjoy five days of high speed wheel-to-wheel instruction and racing, along with other recreational activities including the iRacing Sim Room, bowling and the arcade.
Upon successful completion of the camp week, the junior drivers are qualified to drive in Grand Prix’s Junior Racing Leagues and other competitive junior racing events that will put their skills to the test.
