
Students were evacuated Monday morning at Scarsdale High School due to a bomb threat, officials announced.
No device was found, nor were any injuries reported.
“While we do not believe this is a credible threat, students were taken to the Middle School as a precaution,” district officials wrote on school system’s website. Following a check of the facility, students returned to class.

Further details were not immediately released. The bomb threat did not disrupt Monday’s normal dismissal times.
In recent months, the Rye City School District has been plagued by bomb threats, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation has been contacted for assistance.
